No, our process is designed for flexibility. You accept a simple, 1-year predefined agreement during sign-up, with no long-term commitments or hidden fees. You can then order pallets as you need them with a limit of 5,000 pallets per year.

We aim to offer convenient upfront payment options, including credit and debit cards, so you can complete your order instantly. For now, the payment can be completed through a bank transfer with our team. We’re also exploring additional payment solutions based on customer feedback.

The CHEP UK standard pallet (B1210A, 1200 x 1000 mm wooden pallet) is currently available on this service. Our final objective will be to offer a standardised selection designed for reliability and efficiency. If you have special requirements, our team is happy to discuss options

Our customer service team will contact you to arrange a collection at the address you provide, at no additional cost.

The service offer will last 30 days from the date the order is placed. If the pallets have not been used after this time, a customer service representative will contact you to arrange a collection

The price offered assumes that the customer will pick up the order at the service centre that will be indicated to you by proximity. There is a possibility that CHEP may handle the delivery, but there will be an additional service charge that will depend on the address (distance) to reach the delivery location.

You can send your pallets to any of the agreed locations within our network. We can provide you with a list of supported destinations, and if you have specific requirements, our team is happy to assist with custom delivery options.
